How to reach us:
- By car (from Brussels or Liège via E40):
Leave the E40-highway Brussels-Leuven-Liège (Luttich)-Aachen at the exit "Leuven - E314". You have to leave the E314 (A2)-highway right away at the exit "Leuven" (exit nr. 15). Along the highway connection E40/E314-Leuven, turn right at the third set of traffic lights. You are now in the Celestijnenlaan. The FMTC building is 500 meters further down this street at your righthand side. You enter via the entrance in the middle. There is a phone just past the entrance from which you can call the FMTC's reception.
- By car (from Hasselt or Aachen via E314):
You leave the E314 (A2)-highway at the exit "Leuven" (exit nr. 15). Along the highway connection E40/E314-Leuven, turn right at the third set of traffic lights. You are now in the Celestijnenlaan. The FMTC building is 500 meters further down this street at your righthand side. You enter via the entrance in the middle. There is a phone just past the entrance from which you can call the FMTC's reception.
- By public transport:
Leuven is along the railway lines Brussels-Liège-Köln/Welkenraedt/Eupen and Brussels-Liège/Hasselt/Genk. It also has direct connections to Antwerpen-Mechelen and Aarschot-Hasselt-Tongeren. The railway station of Leuven is located on the right side of the map (see below). To reach FMTC you may either take a taxi or a bus.
- Line 616 direction Zaventem is the fastest option (approx. 10 minutes) and takes you via the city "ring" to the Arenberg II-Campus.
- Line 2 direction Campus takes you via "Leuven Centrum", "Heverlee Station" and "Kantineplein" to the Arenberg II-Campus (approx. 20 minutes).
In both cases, get off at the "Campus Arenberg II"-bus stop. FMTC is located right across the road. You enter via the entrance in the middle of the car park. There is a phone just past the entrance from which you can call the FMTC's reception.
